"We hired Capital Bathrooms upon recommendation from a friend and now highly recommend them as well. Wow! What a wonderful experience. The job was to do a full bathroom renovation. From start to finish, Stas, our contractor and Alex, our project manager, were incredibly client focused. Decisions required were clearly communicated as well as recommendations of possible impact of our decisions and high quality materials such as tiles and faucets were included in the package cost. Stas did such meticulous work every step of the way. For example, when a rotted floor was discovered, even the crawl space underneath was cleaned up before the floor was replaced and the floor was more solid than it ever had been. Surprises, like additional time/materials for the rotted floor, were fairly negotiated for price changes as well. The work took a bit longer than we expected but when seeing the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail, we understood and appreciated the time we received.

We were so happy with the result that we, immediately following the first reno completion, asked them to do our other full bathroom to do a bathtub to shower conversion with a niche. They fit us in so we could get all the renovation and dust mess done before doing a major clean. Now we have two new beautiful bathrooms!

The most important thing, though, was that they were so respectful of our home and our time, always leaving the place neat and tidy. It was such a pleasure getting to know them and having them around our house. We will miss them!"
